There's a 1-mile trail around the lake for the baby strollers, joggers, bikers, martial artists and evening walkers. Crescent Lake Neighborhood is about one minute to most anything, including USF, the DALI museum, Baywalk Entertainment Complex, SPC, the Pier, the VINOY Hotel, Bayfront and All Childrens Hospitals, and Interstate 275 yet it's a quiet and relaxing place to call home. SIZE & STYLE: These units have considerable appeal & character. They have all been professionally renovated and modernized. The 1-bedrooms range in size from approx. 600 to 900 square feet. The 2 & 3 Bedrooms range from approx. 800 to 1600 square feet. The units were constructed from 1920 thru the 1960's and enjoy those periods wonderful and charismatic architecture. This is not a boring cookie-cutter complex, but one offering the charm and flavor of various sizes and styles, with high quality and cleanliness throughout. Everywhere there is lush landscaping, flowering plants & gorgeous trees. Many of these wonderful units have amazing lake and park views. Moreover, our gorgeous 56 acre park and lake is just steps away.
PETS: We love nice, quiet and well behaved pets and their loving owners. Indoor cats are great, and nearly all buildings are dog friendly. There are one-time pet fees of $185 per cat and
$485 per dog. There can be no more than one dog per dog friendly apartment; however you can have up to 2 cats & one dog in a unit. In the homes it is possible to have two well behaved dogs.
LAUNDRY: There are clean, convenient, well lighted and modern 24-hour coin-op laundry facilities on-site. The homes have hook-ups and / or washer & dryers.
OWNERSHIP / MANAGEMENT: Here at Crescent Lake Apartments we provide top-notch service and subscribe to a "CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT" belief system. Our business philosophy is to provide our clients with superior customer service, professionalism and quality craftsmanship. We are natives of St. Petersburg and love our city. And even though we could live anywhere, we live right here in Crescent Lake Neighborhood. And you should too!
PARKING: There is off-street parking available at all the units. Most have reserved spaces and several have covered parking.
UTILITIES: There is no need to go to the city and pay an additional deposit as the water is already turned on. We collect
$68 per month from you for your water, sewer, garbage and pest control. This is debited from your account each month along with your rent through our convenient and safe electronic transfer system. Our local electric provider is Florida Progress at 727.443.2641. Please make arrangements to have your electric service turned on. Also, there are several phone, cable and internet providers available for you to choose from.
For the homes, we provide complete lawn and pest care. Relax, no mowing the
lawn. All other utilities are your responsibility.
